Winebottle IGT Rosato

Le Fonti’s Rosato is made by bleeding our Sangiovese grapes, resulting in a fresh and fruity Rosé. It spends three months in stainless steel before bottling.

Ideal as an aperitif, with fish or spicy dishes: to be enjoyed cooled and young. The quintessential summer wine!
Winebottle IGT La Lepre

Our housewine gets its name from the many rabbits and hares that roam our vineyards. It is made in the style of a young Chianti with mostly Sangiovese grapes and a small addition of Merlot (5-15% depending on the vintage). It ages for eight months in French oak barrels.

With its fresh acidity it is an ideal companion for daily meals of pasta or meat.
Winebottle Chianti Classico DOCG

Le Fonti’s Chianti Classico reveals the fresh fruit, well balanced acidity and spices that the Sangiovese grape is praised for, rounded with a little addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and another 3-6 months in the bottle before being released on the market.

It is fresh and fruity with well balanced acidity, which makes this wine an excellent addition to every meal.
Winebottle Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG

The Riserva Chianti Classico persuades through elegance and finesse. Sangiovese by heart with a little addition of Merlot, this wine ages for almost two years in French oak barrels before being bottled and aged for further 6-9 months on the bottle before release. The longer aging helps the wine to gain structure and longevity and makes it an ideal partner for any festive meal.
Winebottle IGT Fontissimo

Fontissimo is synonymous with the best of Le Fonti. Papa’s Best, as we like to call it, gets the best Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes from our vineyards. After almost two years in French oak barriques, this wine wins over with its dark ripe fruit and good balance. A wine that invites you to meditate!

Ideal with roasts, ripe cheeses and game.
Winebottle Grappa

Our grappa is distilled on our behalf and from our best pressed Sangiovese grapes at the famous Nannoni distillery. A surprisingly mild and fruity taste.
Winebottle Olive oil

We make a very particular extra vergine olive oil from our 850 olive trees. Every year in November the olives are handpicked and combed from the trees. We take the olives to the oilmill every two days to ensure that they remain fresh during the pressing. Our mill here in Panzano presses the olives under nitrogen protection to avoid early oxidization. This way the oil keeps its best ingredients.

Golden-green in colour with a spicy taste, this cold-pressed olive oil is ideal for salads, vegetables and Tuscan meals.
